Poor communication - 1 year listing


I have had a home listed with Fidelity for almost 2 months. They decided to cancel my listing because they say I did not respond to request for status. I have been trying to get them to prove to me that they requested an update for status to no avail. In the meantime, my home is off MLS and activity has ceased. I am very disappointed that you can not reach a live person and they are very slow to respond.
